Lively afternoon with the athletes of the Ritmica Fassa Project amateur association
Rhythmic gymnastics is a discipline that combines the harmony of body movement with the use of equipment such as balls, ropes, hoops, clubs and ribbons. Accompanied by music, the athletes develop flexibility, elegance and coordination: distinctive qualities of this sport that have earned the Italian national team the poetic nickname "Farfalle" (Butterflies). The Pozza di Fassa club offers rhythmic and artistic gymnastics courses for children aged 3 to 18 in the Fiemme and Fassa valleys, with excellent results every year at regional and national level. The programme starts with basic motor activities and progresses to competitive sport through group training based on the values of friendship, collaboration and mutual respect. In the gym, it is not only the body that is trained, but also the mind: psychological well-being, confidence and awareness are cultivated so that every young gymnast can grow not only as an athlete, but also as a person.
At 5.30 p.m. in the meadow near the playground. In case of bad weather, the performance be held in the multi-purpose hall "La Gran Ciasa"in Soraga (tourist office). Free admission.
