Rhythmic gymnastics is much more than a sport: it is an art in motion, where body, music and equipment blend together in harmony. Ball, rope, hoop, clubs and ribbon become extensions of movement, tools with which to express grace, strength and control. Accompanied by music, athletes learn to combine flexibility, coordination and elegance in a journey that rewards not only technique but also sensitivity and personal expression. It is no coincidence that the Italian national team champions are known by a name as poetic as it is powerful: the Farfalle (Butterflies).
Pozza's sports club works in the same vein, offering rhythmic and artistic gymnastics courses for girls and boys aged 3 to 18. The training programme ranges from basic motor skills to competitive competitions, always with a focus on personal growth and respect for each individual's pace. In the gym, movements are built, but so are friendships. Figures are learned, but so are values. Physical well-being is cultivated, without forgetting emotional well-being. Because gymnastics, like life, is all about balance, falls and new beginnings...
