Travelling circus shows under the starry sky of Penìa for an evening of comedy, music, acrobatics and stage performances
The small village of Penìa di Canazei, the last inhabited centre in Val di Fassa, in the shadow of the Marmolada, is transformed into a veritable open-air theatre. Starting at 9 p.m. in the square next to the charming church dedicated to Saints Rocco and Sebastian, the jugglers of "Circensema" take turns entertaining audiences of all ages with performances that spark dreams, imagination and emotions.
In case of bad weather, the show will be cancelled.
From 25 July to 3 August, children took centre stage at the Circen Dolomites Festival: a whole week in which the Val di Fassa was transformed into a huge open-air stage. Street artists, international performers and juggling virtuosos put on spectacular shows in squares, museums and high-altitude locations, with breathtaking acts combining skill, imagination and poetry.
