Can you smell the aroma of freshly churned milk? At Ciampac, children can discover how butter is made… just as it used to be done in the old days. Guided by a local expert in mountain dairy traditions, they'll step into the world of the butter churn, learning step by step how authentic, creamy and fragrant butter is made from alpine milk. And the best part is getting hands-on: turning the churn with their own hands, watching the milk transform and tasting the freshly made butter together. A simple and engaging activity to introduce little ones to mountain life through hands-on experience, taste and tradition.
