For the traditional summer music festival, the "Stelune" Choir performs a rich repertoire of popular songs in the village square
Traditional mountain songs inspired by the grandiose Alpine landscapes, glaciers, forests and legends of the Dolomites. Every Thursday evening, we will be able to listen to pieces skilfully performed by local choral groups, who will entertain us in an exciting concert, sure to be appreciated by valley dwellers and tourists alike. On 21 August, at 9.15 p.m., the "Stelune" Choir from Masi di Cavalese will perform in the square in front of the tourist office in Vigo.
The name evokes an enchanting lake in the Lagorai mountain range. The "Stelune" Choir , an all-male choir from Masi di Cavalese in the Val di Fiemme, is a recently founded ensemble: established in 2017, it already stands out for its passion, talent and strong roots in tradition. The choir performs songs from the mountains and popular culture of Trentino, sung with care and enthusiasm. It is led by Alberto Zeni (born in 1984), who accompanies the group's growth with professionalism and precision, perfecting their vocal skills and enriching their repertoire with original harmonisations. Zeni is also conductor of the Molina di Fiemme Social Band and teaches trombone, euphonium, tuba and music at the "Il Pentagramma" school in Tesero.
