“Dolomiti d’Autunno” (Autumn in the Dolomites) is a project created by the Val di Fassa Tourist Board that accompanies the season of intense colours until early November. From 13 October to 9 November, every day offers activities dedicated to the well-being of body and mind: yoga, Pilates, face yoga, meditation, sound baths, mindfulness, cocoa ceremonies, forest bathing and much more. A journey that combines conscious movement, nature and ancient rituals, to experience autumn in the Dolomites in harmony with oneself and the surrounding environment.
Enjoy a mindfulness meditation experience with Irene Deflorian. The term mindfulness refers to a specific meditation practice focused on awareness of the present personal experience. In particular, mindfulness invites you to observe your own experience with curiosity, with an open, curious and non-judgmental attitude. The term mindfulness means “awareness” and represents the core of this meditative practice: paying attention “moment by moment” to what is happening. Mindfulness derives directly from Eastern meditative practices.
