Enjoy a rejuvenating experience to restore balance and well-being outdoors: fluid movements, static positions and guided relaxation will help you regenerate your body and mind, surrounded by nature and the harmony of your breath.
The class begins with a sequence of fluid movements inspired by Anukalana Vinyasa, designed to loosen and activate the body. The pace then slows down to go deeper with static Hatha Yoga poses and somatic exercises, ideal for promoting relaxation and physical awareness.
We will conclude with a guided relaxation phase, which will take you beyond the boundaries of the sensory world, leaving you with a feeling of lightness and peace.
