A relaxing walk from Moena, the "Fairy of the Dolomites", to Soraga, skirting the lake from above, with views of the Latemar and Catinaccio massifs, and the long Monzoni ridge reflected in the water. To avoid the staircase, after the narrow passage, follow the sidewalk on the left for about 50 m. Cross the road near the junction to Hotel Catinaccio, then rejoin Strada de Someda. You can return the same way, or descend from Soraga Alta towards the town centre and, near the tourist office, take the road on the left that connects the Palua hamlet with Moena. There are no refreshment stops along the route.
