In the heart of the Catinaccio, between the Vaiolet Towers and the Larséc Cliffs, here you are in the heart of the rite and myth of the Dolomites. A hike to retrace the legends of King Laurin. The marked trails are beaten exclusively by the passage of hikers and do not provide for any maintenance or mechanical grooming. Furthermore, there are no specific signs of the itinerary along the route. We recommend always paying the utmost attention to the ground, which may have icy or slippery sections, especially in shaded areas. At the start of the route, an Artva checkpoint by Girsberger is installed to allow ski mountaineers or snowshoers, equipped with self-rescue equipment, to check the status of their device. The checkpoint also records the passages, so it is known exactly how many people pass on the trail and how many of them possess the Artva.
