"L'ega te cuna", in Ladin water in the cradle, is an educational route in 13 stages in the Penìa forest that tells the cycle of water, the source of all life forms, and its legends. The route can be done independently. It is passable with a child carrier backpack (not with a stroller). Optional transport by rubber-tired small train from Canazei to Penìa (for a fee, service active only in summer). No refreshment points along the route.
