On the way of the ancient wandering shepherds

Valongia, together with Tamion, is one of the most characteristic villages of the Ladin tradition. It preserves intact the architecture of the houses and the organization of the spaces.

The marked trails are only beaten by the passage of hikers and do not include maintenance or mechanical grooming. Also, along the route there are no specific signs for the itinerary.

We recommend always paying the utmost attention to the ground, which may have icy or slippery sections, especially in shaded areas.
