The Piz Boè, the only three-thousand meter peak of the Sella Group, is one of the most frequented summits of the Dolomites. Accessible from all four ridges converging on the summit of the beautiful pyramid, the alpine trail no. 638 runs along the ridges overlooking the Mesules Plateau. The excursion takes place in an exceptional Dolomitic environment that unmistakably recalls a lunar landscape. Not to be missed at Passo Pordoi are the Fausto Coppi Monument, the First World War Museum, the Ossuary (war fallen mausoleum), and the charming church "Regina delle Neve".
