The most famous fast-food restaurant in the Dolomites, since 1979.
If there is always a line, there will be a reason. From Michele, to Pozza, it is the right place to stop for a quick meal, lunch and dinner. The place, opposite the Ski Stadium Aloch and next to the small church of San Nicolò, is a wooden hut with a veranda and windows on each side. You sit at the table, Oktoberfest-style, to share with locals and tourists, read the menu printed on the paper placemat, order from the counter and pick up when it's ready (a device alerts you). Here you can breathe the real mountain atmosphere: friendly, rustic and genuine. We don't accept bookings, but don't worry, wait times are limited. You will leave fully satisfied, so much so that you will want to come back several times to taste all the dishes. Or if you prefer, you can opt for pickup. First courses, main courses, sandwiches, side dishes, desserts... the choice is really wide and also satisfies children, vegetarians and celiacs. Definitely worth a try: the baked shank, the spit chicken, the famous Mexican beans and the legendary "Padellata", or polenta, sausage, sauerkraut, canederlo, mushrooms and cheese.
