Among the best chefs in the valley, Nicola Vian, from the El Filò restaurant, interprets Ladin and Trentino cuisine with flair and personality, thanks to a solid training and a lot of experimentation.
Along with his wife Emanuela, an expert in wines, who takes care of the service at the tables with competence, Nicola often cooks themed menus throughout the year, based on seasonal foods, preferring those of the territory, as well as other menus with dishes that (sometimes) are not found on paper. Among the proposals, there are, of course, traditional Ladin dishes, enriched with innovative culinary fritters, as well as those of the best Italian and gourmet cuisine. The restaurant, which in addition to Trentino wines also invites you to enjoy craft beers, remains open almost all year round. The restaurant has recently been renovated in its furnishings, which are particularly welcoming.
