The most refined place on the ski slopes, where you can indulge in high-quality meals and breaks, is the Fienile Monte.
The refuge, which is located in the Col Rodella ski area (and can also be reached from Passo Sella, by reservation and by asking the owners for directions) is tastefully furnished and with attention to detail, starting with the terrace where it is a real pleasure to relax, especially on sunny days, as well as on the veranda. The Fienile Monte is open, only during the winter season, every day at lunch and on Saturday nights, for exclusive dinners upon reservation (the cost includes the transfer to/from Passo Sella on board a snow cat or a snowmobile). Among the specialties of the house, surely the meat prepared always on the dot, such as Florentine beef, chateaubriand or fondue, accompanied by seasonal vegetables. The refuge is also renowned for its excellent cellar, able to satisfy those who appreciate wine, starting with the mountain bubbles of Trentino.
