Larix takes its name from the larch, one of the most characteristic trees of the Alpine woods. A reference to the territory that is also found in the philosophy of this workshop, dedicated to the flavours and traditions of the mountains. In the shops of Canazei and Campitello di Fassa, Lara carefully selects typical products, local specialities and small local productions. Behind each choice there is a work of research and enhancement of the realities that preserve the recipes of the past, pass on knowledge and keep alive the gastronomic traditions of the Dolomites.
