White, red, rosé and sparkling wines.On October 14th (from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), the best of Trentino and South Tyrolean wine production will meet in Val di Fassa at "Top Wine 2950", the symposium at Maria Refuge on Sass Pordoi, famous for its terrace at almost 3,000 metres with a 360° view of the Dolomites, a World Heritage Site. Some 20 wineries from the region will be present, with special guest the Veronese wine estate "Tommasi". In addition to the wide range of labels, during the day you can also taste the gastronomic proposals, mostly based on local foods such as the products of the "Felicetti" pasta factory, prepared by the students of the "Enaip" vocational training centre of Tesero in collaboration with the chefs of the Val di Fassa Chefs Association.
The Top Wine 2950 Symposium is organised by the Società Incremento Turistico Canazei, with the collaboration of the Sommelier Association of Fassa and Fiemme, Cedea Mineral Water and N'Outa. Rifugio Maria can be reached in just four minutes by cable car from Pordoi Pass (13 km from Canazei); from the mountain station of the cable car there is a direct access to the panoramic terrace.
