The bicycle festival: freedom, Dolomites, no cars. Only the Sella massif and a great passion to share
Ready to conquer the roads around the Sella Massif? Cyclists, this is your day to shine! A day dedicated to your passion for cycling and your love for the mountains, set in the breathtaking Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On Saturday 7 June and Saturday 13 September, car traffic comes to a halt, giving way to the peaceful beauty of the Dolomites - the true stars of the Sellaronda Bike Day.
The 53 km route, with 1,650 m of elevation gain, winds through the stunning valleys of Fassa, Gardena, Badia, and Livinallongo, climbing the legendary Sella, Pordoi, Gardena, and Campolongo passes. A true celebration of climbs and descents that, in good weather, attracts over 22,000 cyclists of all ages. An open cycling event: no entry fee, no membership required. Now in its 19th edition, the event also provides a support service for those who need a lift. Pedal, take in the view, and experience the Dolomites car-free!
