National open tournament for tennis professionals and enthusiasts at the courts of the "Navalge" Sports Centre in Moena
On 28 June, at the "Navalge" sports centre in Moena, the first ever Sorì Event will take place, a team challenge where it's not just about winning... but doing it for your country or city. A high-energy sporting event designed for those who really want to put themselves to the test. Each participant can choose one discipline from elimination running, five-a-side football, doubles tennis, beach volleyball or tug-of-war, and compete to fly the flag for their community. The teams, male or female, will represent the town or city indicated on their registration form. The more teams there are from the same area, the more chances there are to earn valuable points in the overall ranking. No titles are required, just a desire to play, a sporting spirit and a valid medical certificate. The competitions will be open to all ages, with no age divisions, and each sport will have its own ranking. But the ultimate goal is to get your town on the podium, determined by the sum of the results obtained in the various disciplines. Places are limited to a maximum of 16 teams per sport, so it is essential to register early. Each participant can compete in only one discipline, so that everyone has the chance to contribute to the collective challenge.
It's not just about competition: Sorì Event is also packed with fun off the playing field. Between matches, you can try out KTM e-bikes on Ski Deluxe trails, explore the NASR stand, official sponsor of Lara Colturi, and browse the latest products from major MTB brands such as Fox, Giro, Bell and Evoc. Meanwhile, the big screen will show live updates of the rankings: anything can change until the very last challenge. The final award ceremony will announce the winners of each sport and the top three countries/cities in the official medal table.
Sorì Event programme - Saturday 28 June:
- from 08:00 to 09:00 - registration and collection of race packs
- from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - tournaments (women's tournament matches alternating with men's tournament matches)
- from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - elimination race (first the women's race, followed by the men's race)
- from 8:00 p.m. - awards ceremony
- from 9:00 p.m. - music with Roberto Dassala
- from midnight, the party moves to the Nibada Pub
What if you get hungry? No problem. Between challenges, you can refuel with steaming polenta, sausage sandwiches, cotton candy and the legendary fortaie prepared by "Grop de Ciajeole".
Registration: € 12 (€ 10 participation fee + € 2 for third-party insurance). Registration is open exclusively through the Sorì app and closes on Sunday 22 June. Remember: a medical certificate is required to participate.
Sorì Event is organised by Ski Deluxe, in collaboration with the Monti Pallidi sports association, and was born from the spirit of the app of the same name: a tool for booking sports, wellness and adrenaline... and now also for experiencing them live. The challenge is on. It's up to you.
