An experience that combines Pilates and yoga with gratitude practices to improve physical and mental wellbeing, reduce stress and cultivate a positive outlook on life.
“Dolomiti d’Autunno” (Autumn in the Dolomites) is a project created by the Val di Fassa Tourist Board that accompanies the season of intense colours until early November. From 13 October to 9 November, every day offers activities dedicated to the well-being of body and mind: yoga, Pilates, face yoga, meditation, sound baths, mindfulness, cocoa ceremonies, forest bathing and much more. A journey that combines conscious movement, nature and ancient rituals, to experience autumn in the Dolomites in harmony with oneself and the surrounding environment.
Pilates and yoga combine mindful movements that help you recognise and appreciate the positive experiences in life, improving physical and mental wellbeing, reducing stress and developing a more positive and resilient outlook. This integrated practice includes breathing exercises, postures, and visualisations of gratitude and thanksgiving for the small and big things in life. The session is led by Elisa Penna.
