Discover Qi Gong with teacher Irene Deflorian, a Taoist practice that harmonises vital energy through slow, fluid movements, improving posture, breathing and circulation.
“Dolomiti d’Autunno” (Autumn in the Dolomites) is a project created by the Val di Fassa Tourist Board that accompanies the season of intense colours until early November. From 13 October to 9 November, every day offers activities dedicated to the well-being of body and mind: yoga, Pilates, face yoga, meditation, sound baths, mindfulness, cocoa ceremonies, forest bathing and much more. A journey that combines conscious movement, nature and ancient rituals, to experience autumn in the Dolomites in harmony with oneself and the surrounding environment.
Discover, thanks to teacher Irene Deflorian, the Taoist practice that expresses itself through slow and harmonious physical exercises with the aim of increasing and harmonising Qi or vital energy. The benefits can be found in improved posture, breathing, joint mobility and circulation. The movements activate the main energy centres of the human body, removing blockages and stagnation that can lead to illness. This practice, still little known in Italy, has long been practised in Eastern hospitals and rehabilitation clinics as a complement to medical care, due to its immense benefits in reducing trauma and pain.
Three good reasons not to miss it:
