Easy walk from Moena to the hamlet of Someda, which is located under the "Piz Meda" mountain (that it owes its name to). It's a typical Ladin aggregate with a panoramic view over the entire town and valley.
on the way to Soraga, climb the steps on the right leading into Strada de Someda. Turn right onto this way and continue along Strada de Sèn Roch. You will soon be outside the village of Someda. Pass by the Austrian fort dating back to the First World War and follow from above the "Rif de Sèn Pelegrin" stream until you reach the locality "Ronchi" ("I Ronc") and the station of the cableway "Lusia". The little asphalt road alternates slight slopes with even sections.

The walk is suited for sport strollers. In this case, to avoid steps after the bottleneck cross the road and walk on the left hand pavement for some 50 meters. At the crossroad to the Hotel Catinaccio, after the bottleneck cross the street and walk again through Strada de Someda.
Author's advice:
This walk is suitable for families with children and is accessible with stroller and baby carrier.
To avoid the stairs, once passed the bottleneck, follow the pavement on the left for about 50m. Cross the road near the crossroads leading to Hotel Catinaccio and take "Strada de Someda" again.
