On the spectacular 3-Tre ski slope, 3.3 km of thrills that connect Col Rodella to Pian de Frataces (White Wolf, above Canazei) along the Sellaronda, is the 3-Tre Dolomites Restaurant Bar. Outside it looks like a rustic and secluded cabin, with wooden planks and beams and a terrace overlooking the peaks of Sassolungo, Sella, Pordoi and Marmolada. Once you cross the threshold, you will be enveloped by a warm and modern environment, where furnishings recovered from old barns tell mountain stories and dialogue with contemporary lines with an elegant design. With only forty seats in the room, every moment here becomes special: from the aperitif to lunch, to the magical snowmobile dinners under the stars.
The menu is a meeting of Ladin traditions and character: canederli, spätzle, lasagna and gulashsuppe, alongside strong dishes such as tartare and Angus cut, pork shank with polenta, deer sauce. There is no shortage of quick proposals such as pizza alla pala, toast and salads, dishes for the little ones and desserts that taste like home. At the table, it toasts with regional wines and closes with an organic grappa signed 3-Tre. A refuge to be discovered, together with the sympathy and hospitality of the owners.
