Eder Officina Naturale has been specialising for over 30 years in the artisanal production of grappa and typical food specialities of Trentino Alto Adige.
Eder's strength is the team, a large family animated by an authentic passion for their work, fueled by a deep respect and love for their land. A rich and generous nature, such as that of the Dolomites, guarantees excellent raw materials that are processed by hand, as in the past, to create genuine and high quality products, with attention to detail. Eder's intention is to create a true symbiosis between nature and the end customer, transforming the fruits of the earth into fine foods and beverages: grappa, liqueurs, herbal teas, syrups, jams, sweets, honey, pasta, flour, speck and cosmetic products are just some of the items available at the stores in Moena and Canazei. They are all prepared in the laboratories of San Lugano, between the provinces of Trento and Bolzano, using renewable energy.
