Paolo Donei, the chef patron of the Malga Panna restaurant, has been proud of the Michelin Star since he was 19 years old.
A recognition - maintained over time - to the innate talent of this chef, who together with the family, has transformed the ancestral farmhouse into a refined restaurant, where every customer receives pampering on the palate. The cuisine to be savored carefully in Malga Panna - which is located on the edge of the forest in a panoramic position that allows you to admire Moena and the surrounding Dolomites - is the result of the careful study of the local cuisine, of its rural matrices from which comes the use of excellent raw materials expertly combined to enhance its flavors. At the table of Malga Panna you can taste the tasting menus, which Donei renews cyclically as the seasons go by and the inspirations, the traditional dishes prepared according to a personal (as brilliant) review, the innovations and the dishes tailored to the gastronomic review (two per year together with "Ristora Moena"). Also interesting is the wine list, which ranges from Trentino and South Tyrolean wineries to international ones.
