Ort is Olympic's new vegetarian proposal: a restaurant that completes our philosophy of well-being with simple, seasonal and refined dishes, born from organic vegetables at km 0 of our vegetable garden. A place designed for hotel guests who want a different culinary experience, but also for those looking for creative, conscious and light vegetarian cuisine in the Val di Fassa. Led by Chef Demetrio, Ort celebrates freshness, care and love for the land, reinterpreting traditional recipes with taste and innovation.
