Architect and ski instructor in the Fassa Valley, Katiuscia Rasom has an irresistible attraction for the woods, which led her to become a guide at Forest Bathing.
For her, the forest is not just a place, but a living presence, able to communicate with those who know how to listen. Accompanying in the forest bath means creating a space where people can slow down, open up to deep listening and rediscover the original bond with nature. What he focuses on most during the experience is precisely this: helping to let go of the thoughts that crowd the mind, to make room for an authentic relationship with what surrounds us.
"My role is to accompany people in this silent but profound dialogue, where every tree, every sound, every natural detail can become an opportunity to feel part of the wonder. I help to distance myself from the noise of the world to really feel again. "
Slowing down, especially the mind, takes time. For this reason, the forest bath takes place over a period of about three hours: a slow time, carefully built. It begins with a reconnection with the body and the senses, proceeds towards the encounter with nature, and ends with a moment of sharing, to transform experience into awareness.
"The exit from the woods often leaves a veil of melancholy. The forest speaks an ancient language, which our body has always known. It's no coincidence that the human eye can distinguish countless shades of green: we have evolved among trees. To return there is, after all, to return home. "
Katiuscia accompanies the forest bath in all seasons, with personalised experiential formulas. Its proposals are adapted to different contexts: intimate moments for couples, family experiences, activities for children, corporate team building courses and individual sessions. Among the most unique experiences, there are forest baths with natural clay harvesting, which combine creativity and deep connection with nature.
