Terme Dolomia Wellness Programmes

At the foot of the Monzoni mountains, the sulphurous water of the Alloch spring emerges at a temperature of 9.5°C. The benefits of this water have been recognised since at least 1493 and, over the centuries, have attracted bishops and Austrian nobles. Today, this water is at the heart of the wellness programmes at Terme Dolomia in Pozza.
Whether you're looking for a massage, want to give your skin a little extra care or simply need a few hours away from everyday life, there's something for you. From 6 to 27 March, choose from three wellness programmes, each with its own rituals and treatments, at special rates:

• Refresh Body and Mind. Around 2 hours and 30 minutes of skin-focused treatments, including an oriental thermal clay bath, thermal pools with hydromassage and a 25-minute moisturising massage. The Thermal Lunch Gourmet is also included: a starter, vegetable buffet, a choice of pasta or main course, a small dessert and water.
• Revitalising. A 1-hour-and-30-minute programme combining facial treatments and relaxation: thermal facial mist, a hydromassage bath, exfoliation, a face mask and a 25-minute partial massage.
• Slow Down. Around 3 hours of wellness with aromatherapy, a thermal grotto, an effervescent bath, thermal pools with hydromassage, a panoramic sauna and thermal mud therapy. Finish with an aperitif and savoury nibbles.
