HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE DIGITAL VAL DI FASSA GUEST CARD?
Your accommodation facility will issue the card and you will receive by e-mail your card code and the link to download the App Mio Trentino. Once the download is complete, register and associate your card by entering the code. From your smartphone, you will have the chance to browse information, enter museums and services with your digital card, book the activities, use the public transports, obtain a discount on the purchase of the Panorama Pass and create your own travel planner.
HOW CAN I SHOW THE CODE OF MY DIGITAL GUEST CARD?
After downloading the App Mio Trentino, activate it and click on the blue icon "Use your Guest Card" and then over the icon "Show your Guest Card". Every card has a QR code and an alpha-numeric code that the suppliers taking part in the offer can recognize and use to verify the validity of the card (type, period, number of guests, emitter).
HOW LONG IS MY GUEST CARD VALID?
The Guest Card is valid for the whole duration of your holiday, for 20 consecutive days max. The card is valid from the day of your arrival to the day of your departure.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD A CARD ON MORE THAN ONE MOBILE PHONE?
Yes, you just need to download the App Mio Trentino (Android or iOS), log in with the username and the password chosen at the moment of the registration and associate the code of the card (6 characters).
I HAVE LEFT MY SMARTPHONE AT HOME, WHAT CAN I DO?
The host can issue a paper card, which you must carry with you at all times. If you want to use the public transports, you’ll need to ask him to match it with an electronic transport card. For transport, it is mandatory to carry both valid documents.
HOW DO I PURCHASE THE PANORAMA PASS WITH THE 10% DISCOUNT?
The Panorama Pass can be purchased in the tourist offices and at the cash desks of the lifts, by showing your paper or digital card. You can also buy it online directly on the App Mio Trentino, from the Panorama Pass tab, or on the website shop.skifassa.it
