Val di Fassa Guest Card

Your accommodation facility will issue the card and you will receive by e-mail your card code and the link to download the Mio Trentino app. Once the download is complete, register and associate your card by entering the code. From your smartphone, you will have the chance to browse information, enter museums and services with your digital card, book the activities, use the public transports and create your own travel planner.

After downloading and activating the Mio Trentino app, click on the blue "QR Code" button.
Each card is associated with a QR code and an alphanumeric code, which affiliated suppliers use to verify its validity (card type, validity period, number of people and host facility).

The Guest Card is valid for the whole duration of your holiday, for 20 consecutive days max. The card is valid from the day of your arrival to the day of your departure.

The card can be shared with other adults included in the same Guest Card. The user who first associates and activates the card on the Mio Trentino app must give consent to sharing. Children and juniors can use the card services only if accompanied by at least one adult.

Yes, with the guest card you travel free of charge on Trentino Trasporti public transport (urban and suburban lines and regional trains) and on the Bolzano-Vigo di Fassa route served by südtirolmobil (line 180). 
Moreover, if you reach Trentino and Val di Fassa with the MarinoBus and Autostradale companies you can buy tickets at a discounted price. 
ONLY with the Val di Fassa Guest Card you get a reduction on the ski bus service.

Most of the information material, summer and winter, published by the Val di Fassa Tourist Board, is available free of charge in the tourist offices. The maps of the trails, the official mountain bike tours and the Great War routes are on payment with a 50% discount for Val di Fassa Guest Card holders. 

The Trentino Guest Card is designed for guests staying in Trentino's resorts. It offers discounts or free access to over 100 activities and includes complimentary use of public transport across the region.

The Val di Fassa Guest Card, however, is a premium version of the Trentino Guest Card, exclusively available to guests staying at accommodation partnered with the Val di Fassa Tourist Board. Along with all the benefits of the Trentino Guest Card, it provides access to exclusive experiences, attractions, activities, and transport tailored specifically for Val di Fassa visitors.

The host can issue a paper card, which you must carry with you at all times. If you want to use the public transports, you’ll need to ask him to match it with an electronic transport card. For transport, it is mandatory to carry both valid documents.
