With its sincere and creative cuisine, with Ladin roots and new flavours, Zucoria is a tribute to the Val di Fassa.
In Pozza, just off the centre, Zucoria is a young restaurant with deep roots, like the dandelion from which it takes its name. In Ladin, "zucoria" means just that: a simple and resistant flower, capable of growing everywhere and opening up to the sun. A perfect symbol for a cuisine that is born from the territory and looks far away.
Each dish tells a story of seasons, ingredients and people: the hand of chefs Ruben and Elia, the sensitivity of pastry chef Laura, the care of Giulia in the room. Together they create an experience of authenticity and lightness, where the quality of raw materials meets the creativity of those who love to welcome. No excesses, no formalism: just the pleasure of eating well, with style but without rigidity.
The room is collected and bright, with few tables, a modern style and views of the Catinaccio. On the most beautiful days you can also sit on the terrace, in complete tranquility. For breakfast, brioche, cakes, yogurt with granola and fresh fruit, bread, butter and jam - all homemade - as well as toast, organic eggs and savoury dishes. At the weekend, the event becomes a brunch until 12:30, full of ideas and aromas. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes more intimate: it begins with an aperitif and continues with a choice of two 4 or 6-course tasting menus, a path of alpine flavours with contemporary accents, accompanied by a careful and never discounted selection of wines, including local labels and small wineries to discover.
