The "Mùsega da Vich" brass band is behind this celebration of canederli in all their delicious varieties, both sweet and savoury. An event of music, tradition and conviviality, accompanied by the irresistible aroma of home-cooked dishes
For gourmets it's an occasion not to be missed: in a single event, you can taste four different versions of one of the most symbolic dishes of the Dolomite area. Piaz J.B. Massar square is transformed into a real open-air tavern: you pay at the till, sit down at a shared table, are served by the musicians of the Mùsega da Vich band while the folk group "Fimpamusi" livens up the party. And on the plate? A journey of flavours: sausage dumplings with sun-dried tomatoes and a light salad, wholemeal bread dumplings with walnuts and cheese served with pork stew, spinach dumplings with cheese fondue, and to finish, sweet dumplings filled with plums and chocolate. All accompanied by craft beers from the mountains. A lunch of flavour and fun, to be enjoyed with a smile... and your fork at the ready!
Prices: 20 € for three plates of savoury dumplings; 8 € for a plate of sweet or savoury dumplings; 10 € for a plate of gluten-free dumplings(complete freedom from cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed). Tickets on sale at the cashier's desk in the Piaz J.B. Massar square from 11 am. Aperitif from 11 am, lunch from 12 pm. Followed by the "fortae" prepared by the "Volontadive da Vich". In collaboration with the local Events Committee.
