Local traditions, wine and food specialties characterise the much-appreciated events of Entorn Vich along the village streets
Those who love a warm atmosphere and tasty all typical dishes can’t miss out on the traditional evenings of "Entorn Vich", the top event of the summer in Vigo. From 7.30 p.m., you’re invited to an exclusive travelling dinner. At four stops, typical Trentino-South Tyrol dishes will be served such as cheese, cold cuts, carne salada, barley soup, dumplings, polenta with sausage and sauerkraut, and apple strudel. For accompaniment, you can choose from the Val di Cembra wine consortium, organic juices, syrups and craft grappas from the "Cianeva de la Sgnapa" shop.
But not only that: between courses, you can watch typical craftsmanship of the past, enjoy performances of folk dances, listen to lots of good music, take part in numerous activities for adults and children organised by the various local associations, and enter the rustic 'tobiè' (barns) and courtyards opened especially for the occasion.
