For the Val di Fassa Panorama Music festival, concert of the main Jazz ensemble from South Tyrol
Founded and directed by the renowned musician and jazz saxophonist Helga Plankensteiner, the Alto Adige Youth Orchestra represents the main jazz ensemble of the region. The band performs original compositions and arrangements specially written for the orchestra by famous jazz authors. In 2017, it won the SIAE "Sillumina" grant, performing at numerous concerts both in Italy and abroad.
Val di Fassa Panorama Music is organized by the cultural association La Grenz, under the artistic direction of Enrico Tommasini, in collaboration with the cable car companies of the valley and with the support of the Val di Fassa Tourism Board.
