Three lines, versatile features, plenty of space and a stunning view of Latemar and Catinaccio. Whether you are getting to grips with freestyle or working on your tricks, this is a place to practise, experiment and try again. The snowpark is located in the Carezza ski area, next to the Tschein run. It can be reached from the Moseralm by chairlift, or from Malga Frommer, towards Passo Nigra, via the König Laurin I gondola.

Where to freestyle in Val di Fassa? At Carezza

Carezza Snowpark

The Carezza Snowpark offers three lines of increasing difficulty, with features that may vary depending on snow conditions and from one season to the next. They support progression in freestyle, from the first attempts to more technical riding.

The Family Fun Line is designed for children and beginners, with straight boxes, rainbow boxes and up-and-down boxes ranging from 1.5 to 3 metres: an easy line for getting to grips with the first structures. On the Easy Line, kickers, straight boxes, kinked boxes and butter-box jumps ranging from 1 to 6 metres allow riders to alternate air and slide manoeuvres and combine them into sequences. The Medium Line takes things up a notch: elements ranging from 6 to 8 metres and more challenging sections allow riders to work on spins and combos and raise the level even further. Its standout feature is the 9-metre-long DFD tank.

Behind the setup is the F-Tech Snowpark Construction crew, which designs and builds the park and takes care of its shaping and reshaping throughout the season.

Freestyle in Carezza continues beyond the snowpark. On the Pra di Tori run, accessible via the chairlift of the same name from Passo Costalunga, the Kids Learning Park offers easy lines, kickers, boxes and whoops, combining small jumps, bends and changes in terrain. In the final section of the Hubertus run, there is also a blue line featuring bumps and boxes.

Snowpark rules

The use of a homologated helmet is compulsory and the utilization of other protection equipment is recommended (e.g. back protector, etc.).
In the snowpark jumps, slope gradient variations and artificial structures are installed; they vary in difficulty and change constantly depending on snow-conditions, wear, shape and time.
Make a precautionary check to measure the degree of difficulty and the risks linked to the track you choose.
Avoid using the facilities if you lack the necessary skill and experience to use them safely.
Check carefully that the landing area is clear before jumping.
Read and follow the rules of conduct for skiers and snowboarders (art. no. 30-ter in the Regulation for the implementation of the Provincial Law no. 7/87).

Snowboards and skis entail risk of injury. Acrobatic manoeuvres increase such a risk.
